的质量要求

建筑物的厂房地坪漆的质量要求：

1、地面外观表面平整，无裂纹、起皮、山粉、脱层等现象；

2、抗压强度大于30Mpa；

3、抗折强度大于25Mpa；

4、耐磨损性能符合GB/T1741-1993标准；

5、耐化学腐蚀性能符合GB/T1742-1993标准；

6、耐水性能符合GB/T1743-1993标准；

7、环氧自流平地面密封性能符合GB/T1744-1993标准；

8、防滑性能符合GB/T1128-1993标准；

9、紫外线阻挡性能符合GB/T1745-1993标准；

10、耐候性能符合GB/T1746-1993标准。

技术要求

一、工艺技术要求

1、电阻率检测：选择一块未经处理的地面，检测电阻率，如果电阻率不是10^6Ω以上，则应采取措施进行防静电处理；

2、处理深度：防静电地坪处理厚度为3-5mm；

3、涂料：采用环氧树脂防静电涂料，涂料应具有良好的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性、良好的附着力；

4、施工环境：施工环境温度应大于5℃，湿度应小于85％；

5、涂料涂刷：环氧树脂防静电涂料应按三层涂刷，层涂刷采用滚涂方式，每层涂刷厚度应大于0.2mm，涂刷间隔时间应小于6小时；

6、处理结果：施工完毕后，应对处理表面进行电阻率检测，电阻率应大于10^6Ω，符合防静电要求。

类型：金刚砂地坪

材料：水泥砂浆、金刚砂、混合料

工艺：

1、基层处理：，在金刚砂地坪施工前，基层处理是的，一般需要将基层清扫干净，检查其平整度，如有高点或低点，及时进行修补，使整体地面平整度达到要求。

2、涂刷底漆：将基层处理完毕后，应立即涂刷底漆，有利于金刚砂地坪的施工和使用，涂刷底漆时，应采取滚涂的方法，以涂刷均匀。

3、混合料施工：将金刚砂和水泥砂浆按比例混合搅拌，搅拌均匀后，将混合料涂布在底漆上，使其铺满整个地面。

4、金刚砂施工：将金刚砂铺设在混合料上，使其结实牢固，然后抹平。

5、封层处理：后，应在金刚砂地坪上涂刷封层，以防止金刚砂地坪受到污染或受潮。
