的质量要求

建筑物的厂房地坪漆的质量要求：

1、地面外观表面平整，无裂纹、起皮、山粉、脱层等现象；

2、抗压强度大于30Mpa；

3、抗折强度大于25Mpa；

4、耐磨损性能符合GB/T1741-1993标准；

5、耐化学腐蚀性能符合GB/T1742-1993标准；

6、耐水性能符合GB/T1743-1993标准；

7、环氧自流平地面密封性能符合GB/T1744-1993标准；

8、防滑性能符合GB/T1128-1993标准；

9、紫外线阻挡性能符合GB/T1745-1993标准；

10、耐候性能符合GB/T1746-1993标准。

：

1、水泥基底层处理：地坪基面先清理干净、清洁，去除其表面的油污，做到无尘无污，然后将全部表面处理成粗糙状态，表面至少需要接近轻触即可离开的状态，底层的水泥砂浆，在施工前进行抗渗处理，以终施工质量。

2、底层处理：底层处理是固化地坪施工的关键步骤，底层处理采用双组份水性环氧树脂，它具有良好的抗渗性能，能够有效地提升地坪的耐磨性能，并增强底层的坚固性，以确保终施工质量。

3、固化地坪面层施工：固化地坪施工完成后，应在24小时内使用，地坪面层施工时，要按照施工图纸要求，采用双组份水性环氧树脂涂料，将其均匀涂布于清理后的底层表面上，然后用滚毛刷将其均匀涂布，并在涂布完成后用压辊将涂料压实，以地坪平整度和耐磨性。

4、抛光地坪：抛光地坪是地坪施工的后一步，如果地坪施工完成后，表面光滑度不够，可以使用抛光机进行抛光，以提高地坪的光滑度。
