适用范围 ：
1、各种预制、现浇混凝土结构的厂房、仓库、桥梁、民用建筑等屋面及接缝防水；
2、底层住户的地面性防湿及厨卫间、阳台的长期防水、地下室墙面、基底及水池的防水防渗；
4、维修老沥青油毡屋面、石棉瓦屋面及各种结构的天沟、泛水等漏水；
5、管道构件的防腐，也可涂刷在自防水刚性构件表面，起抗渗及防止构件粉化腐蚀作用。
基层要求 ：
基层质量直接关系到防水层的使用寿命，因此，基层符合以下要求：
1、水泥砂浆或混凝土标号符合设计要求；
2、基层要坚实、平整、无凹凸麻面、无起砂等；
3、与屋面结构的连接处及基层的转角处均应做成圆弧形，其半径不宜小于50mm；
4、分格缝与板端缝对齐，缝宽20mm； 5、若有保温层，每10~40m2开设一个排气孔。
施工顺序及方法：
施工顺序应先作节点，附加层，然后再进行大面积涂刷；
注意事项 ：
1、基层应养护达到一定强度（不小于0.3MPa）后方可施工；
2、涂料使用前充分搅匀；
3、每一道施工在涂层干透后，方能进行后一道施工，粘脚现象可事先在行走部位浇点水加以克服；
5、本产品储存期为九个月；按照非危险品贮存与运输。
7、施工中注意防火及通风措施，配备防火器具，施工人员配戴手套和口罩等相应的防护用具，以防化学中毒。注意成品保护措施，下道工序施工时严格不得破坏防水涂膜层，避免影响防水效果。
